OT: Bob Moog passes on

It was reported on the Moog Music site that Bob Moog (Moog synthesizer fame) passed away yesterday at age 71.

I met him twice. I still have my original Minimoog. He was a great man and will be missed.

There was a recent documentary biography of Moog---can't remember the name. I meant to see it but was out of town when it played. May be available on DVD now...

edit, BTW, I really liked the animated intro/credits to the movie, also there is a double cd soundtrack.
