OT--Boris Grafitti 3.0 LTD S/N

I ordered the Vegas/DVDA2 upgrade directly from Sony. Not exactly a boxed version. Anyway, went to install Boris and it asks for S/N. For the life of me, I can't find one in any of the material that came with the upgrade.

Maybe I accidently threw it away in my excitment to get to Vegas.

Does anyone know where the number was located?

Thanks,

Galen

The number was on a little card that was in the envelope. Kind of looked like an advertisement, I almost threw it away myself :)

Jsnkc,

I guess I threw it away. I went through everything I have left. Two CDs, 2 manuals and 2 keyboard shortcut guides. Dang! Would you mind giving me the S/N for LTD version thats on the Vegas CD? I'm not trying to get something for nothing. I just must have thrown it away not realizing what it was. I will also see about emailing sony tech support.

Thanks.

I couldn't find mine either at first. Then I looked at a card that was in the box it was a "Business Reply Mail" card for registering.

What I want to know is why the serial number doesn't work. Well mine doesn't anyway. I got the downloaded version, the email came with the serial number but when I enter it on the install screen along with Name and company I can't click "Next'.

Does anyone else have this problem?

If you lost your serial or yours doesn't work you should contact the software manufacturer to get a one that does. Asking for other people serial numbers on messageboards is not a smart idea. Nobody in their right mind will give you their serial number.

With respect to Boris Graffiti LTD, I had no problem installing it with my email from Sony confirming my purchase of an upgrade to Vegas 5.0 which included the Boris LTD Graffiti LTD serial number.

The real challenge began when I purchased the online upgrade to Graffiti 3.0.

Without going through all of the hassles, I experienced a similar problem entering the serial number and not being able to proceed beyond that. I found that if I clicked on the "back" button and then pressed "next" installation would proceed. However I could still not get the application to
execute.

After numerous emails, BorisFX admited they were having problems with their online downloading system, and sent me a copy of the boxed version including printed manual, FEDX priority, free of charge to Australia. It arrived in about five days, and was installed flawlessley.

Now that is what I call great customer service, or as we would say in Australia, Good on Ya BorisFX!!
