Looks like you will still need to buy a graphics card, seems not included. Still pretty decent price for what you get!

I thought CompUSA went out of business?

Many stores closed. They're still doing business online and in a very few select locations.

That's not a bad deal. I would prefer an intel system board but that's just me I guess...

I know TigerDirect bought out CompUSA and re-opened some of their stores but the CompUSA name still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

If you are factoring in the rebates be advised that the rebate houses in conjunction with Citibank in particular have gone to debit (credit) card rebates now. The cards come with details written on the back of an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper in 3 pt font that caused me to get an Optivisor.
in order to read it. It basically says that they can give your personal information to anyone they choose and that you can't use the card just anywhere without incurring penalties. Example: Restaurants. It also automatically sets up an online account and if you don't use the card within a certain time period you are charged. I also heard a commercial for Bridgestone tires on television last night that had a "$100 rebate". Listening carefully to the commercial, it too was in the form of one of these debit/credit cards.
Welcome to the new world of rebates.

Add in a graphics card, a Blu-ray writer and a second 1 TB drive, upgrade to an Antec P182 case and you have the machine I just built for my father for about $1500 with tax and shipping. So this is a pretty good deal. Maybe a bit better than buying piece parts. And the machine is a screamer.
