OT : Day Rates

Hey, just a quick question about day rates here. What is a good rate to charge for just shooting when the person who is hiring you supplies their own cameras and mics. What about if you supply the cameras and mics?

Here in Utah, can run as low as $250 a day but general ballpark is in the $350 - $650 per day (just for DP, no gear)

If I'm supplying cameras and mics - it's fair market value compared to most rental houses on top of the labor charges.
