I've purchased historical footage from them, it was a "normal" transaction FWIW. Much of their historical footage can be gotten directly from the Library of Congress, much of their techno and cultural catalog can be gotten free from the Prelinger Archives in a good MP4, but they've got a lot of clips, and they rep a lot of companies.
