I managed to buy a quantity of these today. If you're looking for them locally the part number appears to EIAJ-04. I think that's a standard part description, see here:

Please note, the ones I have are not R.A. and you'll have to solder them on yourself. The R.A. solder on variety just don't work very well which is why my supplier doesn't sell them.
