OT External DVD Burner

I'm looking for an external DVD burner that is portable and will connect to
my XL1's or VX-2000. I'd like to record on tape as well as a DVD while
on assignment. Anyone know of such a thing?

I spotted a "DVD Recorder" - looked very similar to my Phillips stand alone CD player/recorder.

I didn't have time to really investigate it, though. I'm guessing that, with it, I could out put any DV file through my firewire --> cam --> DV recorder - same process I now use to print to VHS tape.

Doubt I could create menus and such, but I'm thinking the quality should be ok. Anyone play around with these things?
