Newegg has the G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail for $79.99 with free shipping after applying the promo code EMCAFACAB when you check out.

Read the reviews. This memory is fantastic. It can be run at DDR2 800 if your motherboard cannot run DDR2 1000 without a problem.
I just ordered a set for $79.99 shipped.

NOTE: Don't add anything else to the order or you might lose the $10 discount.

A bit of trivia on running DIMMS at lower than rated speeds. OEM manufacturers often use memory this way when it makes economic sense. You may find that everything coming out of a factory actually used one type of memory even though the various product specs called for dimms of different speeds.

Running DIMMs at lower than rated speeds is common, but these manufacturers test it first. I'm not so sure I'd want to bet money on it as an individual user buying DIMMs, but if the manufacturer says it works then perhaps you can buy memory that might have a little upgrade flexibility to it.
