Hi - any recommendations out there for good how-to lighting/camerawork/movie production DVDs?

There's a lot out there, not sure which are worth getting, especially for making instructional videos for NLE w/Vegas.. appreciate any good tips .. esp. re lighting and shot selection how-to's..
