OT: Has anyone used CustomFlix or other DVD duplication/distribution service?

Well, I finished my son's fifth grade camping video - it turned out to be a 90 minute DVD, complete with deleted scenes, scene selections, etc. It's pretty neat and I'm real pleased with the way it turned. Now, however, we're going to open it up for sale to the parents - and I may be faced with having to supply 100+ copies.

Has anyone used CustomFlix (www.customflix.com) or other service to burn/package DVDs? It looks pretty slick - they burn em, print the image on them, print the case inserts, shrink wrap em, let you create a web site so people can order them - quite a nice package. I'm just wondering if it's as good as they claim...

When you hit the 500 mark with replication, you can get some very good deals with packaging and the whole bit included. We used CD Technical for our last job. They are very professional and do a great job. You can find them on the internet.

CustomFlix uses DVD-R same if you burned them yourself. (duplicated)
Burned disks are not 100% compatable with every player. You may have
returns.

CDTechnical makes a glass master (replicated). You pay more
for 100 unit runs for replication but should not have returns.
250 unit replication runs you pay less per disk.
Consider your minimum that must be sold to break even. If you are certain
you can sell close to the 250 production run, you will make more money
as the cost per unit drops.

Do you also have rights to sell the video?
Logo copyrighted?
Do you need to pay the camping group a part of the proffit?
