I have works on my kid's computer but it looks like you uploaded it as unicode text instead of binary because it wouldn't load properly. A hex editor shows the extra 00 in front of every other character. Can you upload it in a zip file so it stays in binary format? I sent you an email to send it to me in a zip file and I'll convert it for you.
