OT Hit Film 3 Installation Failure

Has anyone else had trouble installing Hit Film 3? I get to about 80% before an error message:

An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC90.CRT, version="9.0.30729.5570"

Can't find anything on the Hit Film web site about this so I thought I'd ask here.

I did not get this problem when installing HF3, but a quick Google search found this undated post for a completely unrelated programme but with the very same error code:

It suggests rebooting the computer and then installing.

I only put this forward in case no-one else has had the same problem and found a solution.

Thanks, tried rebooting but didn't make any difference.

Does anyone know if Hit Film 3 will work with a nVidia GeForce GTX580? I don't know much about graphics cards but it is not installing with my GTX 550 ti. I found requirements posted at toofarm:

Sorry to hear that the reboot suggestion wasn't successful.

I've got HF3 running well with an ATI R9 270 video card (2GB memory).
