OT: I can't remember

I think maybe 6 months or so ago, a forum user posted about a project that had to do with a memorial for a serviceman. It started with a picture frame on a desk and the video played within that frame.

I've done a search and am coming up empty. I thnk the veg was also posted at the VAAST site, but I couldn't find it there either.

Does anyone remember that and who did it??
