Don't waste your money or risk your credit card info. Same scam different web address. Fellow at work fell for that one, you are getting the same thing you'd download from Kazaa but at great risk: 1) piracy 2) danger they'll rob you via your credit card account and 3) the home made CD likely won't ever appear in your mail box. One of my Chinese associates bought a few high end programs "ral cheap" in Hong Kong. Photoshop 7.1 is a time limited trial, Adobe Premiere Pro doesn't install and the others are either defective or "lite" versions. Good news is he paid 15 USD total.
I was just Having a read of their Terms and Conditions.. Really Funny( Ha Ha )Reading it... Apparently If you make the mistake of thinking it was a working version they will not refund the money saying that Its intellectual goods.. If you do they will inform the bank the police ect. because asking for a refund is the same as extortion Also they give you Ten Minutes to make up Your Mind To Purchase. Other wise this BARGAIN Price goes up
They Do mention Backup quite a lot though even their name So they cover themselves quite well.
Most of the bargain basement software ads where they either send a CD or provide a download link are scams. The one interesting exception which may surprise some people is Windows. You CAN get a a OEM version of Windows, which is shrink wrapped and the genuine article including the halograph logo, full license, etc.. Typically under $100, IF you buy almost any hardware at the same time.
For the rest, use your common sense. If you see Photoshop for $79, when it has a MSRP of $700, obviously it isn't and can't be real.
That all said there are bargains out there. A certain video editing software that starts with the letter "P" is frequently bunded with hardware cards where the combined price is less than the retail price of the software alone.
It's fun to shop for bargains, if you have the time. I get a sense of accomplishment when I'm able to pick up software and hardware for next to nothing i.e. Studio8 for $0, a 120GB drive for $20, an excellent keyboard for $5, and so forth. My wife, of course, thinks I'm nuts.

Read this part under their Terms of software use on the bottom of the page. Basically they are charging you $99 to burn a copy of the software that you already own, no serial number or anything is given, just a backup copy.

On a side note Adobe has also gotten VERY strict about it's software. We purchased the new CS suite activated it on 1 computer, then activated it on a second computer. We tried to do it on one more and we ended up having to call Adobe to try and get a activation number and they said that the program has already been installed on 2 seperate machines and that we couldn't activate it again unless we de-activated one of the other machines.
