OT: Intel Mac clock changes

Everytime I boot up in windows on the intel mac, the clock always forwards 3 hours. i'm confused. anyone know what's goin' on here?

Double-click the time in the lower right. On mine, that brings up the Date/Time box with THREE tabs. The third tab is "Internet Time". On that tab is a checkbox that says "Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server". I unchecked that when mine kept changing time on me.

Make sure you have the right TIME ZONE set.
