OT: Internal SATA hot swap caddy - 5.25" bay

I want to be able to hot swap SATA drives up to 1.5TB. I like the Antec 3.5" Easy Sata which will fit into a 5.25" bay in my case. This means no extra space needed and no extra external cables or power as with docking stations. Just slide in the HDD and go. Antec's description says it will support ALL my hard drives but Newegg specs says HDD size depends on motherboard. Not sure what they mean. Bios limitations? Antec Easy Sata

Apparently an 80mm fan can be attached for cooling for long term use but then you can't remove the drive without taking the fan off. I have an Antec Sonata case (just one 120mm fan) but I'm concerned about the heat if I get into long term use with a particular drive. Separate cooling would be nice -- but these caddies are so cheap I'd probably want to install two of them. Doesn't leave much room for separate cooling.

Here's an incredibly detailed review for a $20-25 item.

Any other solutions?
