OT: matching xl2 and xl1

Thinking of taking the plunge and purchasing the xl2, curious if anyone has done a 2 or more cam shoot using a xl2 and a xl1. If so how did they match up. Dont want to buy 2 of them.

The XL2 is a little sharper in overall contrast to the XL1, and of course the lens is also a little sharper in color and image. Gone is the soft look. It's not gonna be really easy to match them up unless you allow the XL2 to be softer, or use the broadcast lens on the XL1.
