OT: Mistakes & Fixes...

I have been filming weddings for a while now and have been blessed in that I have not had a complaint yet. I know that this will not hold true forever. I was wondering how some of you all on the forum have dealt with unsatisfied customers. Was it a matter of opinion, a camera problem during shooting a live event, the audio didn't take, etc. Just wondering what some of the experiences you all have had and how you fixed them or explained them.
Should be some interesting stories...

Let me clarify; I have had people ask me to include footage left out or add additional components, but no one has said, "I don't like it and I am not paying for it." I don't want to mislead anybody with the above post.

My contract states that I have full control over what goes into the final edit. However, If I make an obvious mistake (like misspell their name, for example) then I would naturally fix that. Raw footage is never seen so I really don't get any "why didn't you put so and so in" because they don't know whether or not I even HAVE that footage.
