OT: Monitoring/Logging Software?

Since I am going to be away, the wife is going to hire a babysitter and I want to make sure nothing is going on that shouldnt be going on with my computers (you know teenagers.) Anyone know of any good (FREE) monitoring/keylogging software and something that will let me tunnel in to my home system from FL? I checked out VNC earlier but it looks a bit complex. Is that the best?

Preferrably something that is undetectable and that runs in the background and emails me status update and activity on my system.

I remember a program When What Where but cant seem to find it anymore. Any suggestions?

I hear Net Nanny is pretty good, never tried it (my 6yo son doesn't know about the net yet). Not free, though.

Picked up SpectorPro 5. Not bad price ($99) for piece of mind. Would hate to come back this summer and find out the babysitter was file sharing or some crap like that.

It may be a bit extreme but there is always the power on password option.

For tunneling in securely to your home or office computer, and doing it for free, see Secure Surfing to Go: VPN Made Easy.
