Nice work Ken,

The only thing I see are interlacing artifacts using my LCD monitor. Other than that, well done.

Not bad, Ken.

The "Minority Report" / DTV segment didn't fit with the content. Not sure what 10 seconds of you moving around virtual images had to do with the piece?

Only other thing I'd do is consider tightening it up a tad. Not sure it needs to be 2 minutes - could easily be 60 seconds and straight to the point / bit more high-energy.

Your work just keeps getting better Ken. I find it inspirational because I've been watching it since you were a "beginner" and I've seen consistent improvement in your productions. I (as others have) am going to have to stand firm on moving the graphics around with your hands. I didn't like it the first time I saw it and I'm still not a fan now. I agree with Cheno in that it could be tightened up a tad and a good place to start would be the moving graphics. It's not the effect that I don't like because it is well done. It just doesn't seem to fit the theme.

Take the following as a compliment:

If you get sick of the market or your DVDs drive millions to financial ruin, I think you have a future in video production! :)

Cheers and nice work.

Good points everyone, thanks - I'll try doing an edit that's shorter too without the minority report bit... that's just for attention, to maintain interest, but probably not necessary (likely a woman talking would be better for that purpose anyways)... it's one of those things, I saw in a DJTV episode so I thought I'd give it a try, just for the heck of it. Right re "if it doesn't relate to the content, or advance the sale" it should be cut.. I'll work on tightening it up -thanks!

I think it effective and done well. The Minority Report stuff is an interlude between two parts and does hold one's attention (good), and I presume you meant it to convey finding the best opportunities (data manipulation) -- that needs dialogue to make the point.

Nice effects, Ken (and much improved over previous versions), but you don't hold a candle to the hot blond on the red sofa in the DJ.TV opening scene.

lol, agree... but I have a hot blonde Stacy model in my other videos, see this one, that did hundreds of k's in sales, at http://www.tradingvideos.com ... I intersperse her into the pitch to keep guys' attention. it works. thanks for the kind words - you guys are great. inspire me to keep at it, learning vegas one edit at a time...

Looks great Ken... I did sort of wonder where the Minority Report stuff was going myself but you could probably get away with maybe half of it... also I notices a cut you made just before you used the remote control towards the end... it's a cross fade between you and you that's might be improved if you have another shot of yourself...a close up maybe?

The voice over talent is top notch, and the opening graphics looks good. It's when we get to you and the virtual sets / minority report stuff that it hits a bump in the road.

I say keep the voice over guy talking as much as possible. This is television, and even though this whole thing is your baby, you're not exactly the most dynamic person in front of the camera, especially for long stretches.

It may not be what you want to hear, but it's solid advice.

So I see our friend Kenny Calhoun got booted off here. That guy was an odd fella.

Alan, Ken went in to his account and changed his name from kencalhoun to deleted.
Anyone can do it any time they want to.

But I thought Ken had already changed his name some weeks ago.

I'm sure you've seen it by now, but go up about 6 posts and look at the date.

His videos were reminiscent of bad local cable access.
