As was asked on another forum.... we had 3 cameras in there. One digital & two 35mm. I was the first to hold him, and the digital was in my coat pocket, and i forgot to give it to someone.

But, i'm going back there today (AFTER I setup the crib & such) and i'll get a pic of me this time!

Thanks!

Major Congrats. My son's birthday is today (10/25) and he is 2. My birthday was Oct 7. Someone once told me, all great minds are born in October. One thing for sure is October babies rock!

Congratulations!! I don't have a son (yet) but my daughter is almost 2 1/2 and is more and more fun all the time. Children are a special gift from God and even with all my "toys" she's the coolest thing I've ever been given.

Congratulations.

There's nothing more wonderful than the birth of a child unless, perhaps, it's watching him get a job and leave home (at last.)

Hope all is well with wife. Enjoy!

Congtulations, I know the feeling. And you beat me by one hour. Two hours after my Birgit was born I took her picture and had it on the internet when she was 23 hours old. Mind you, I didn't have digital; had to go downtown and get the film processed first. Then scanned.

Happyfriar:

Congratulations. I'm not sure what your first child was, but as my dad said to me 'Every man needs a son'!

May I add some advice: Stop at 2! Logistically the third child is a nightmare. This comes from the father of a happy accident for number 3!

JackW: Is 10 years old too young to make them get a job and leave home? :)

Congratulations! Look forward to the video on the Chienworks site.

Send me an e-mail and I'd be happy to provide the password for the video I produced (and had ready for my tired wife the day she returned from the hospital) when we had our baby girl (after 3 boys--we were excited). It was done 3 years ago (time flys--we have "another" now due in March (the end)). It might give you some interesting ideas for the "Little Friar."

It's on the www.videobackstage.com site (under samples) called "New Baby." E-mail me ted (at)chanimal.com for the name and password. This is the same little girl who is the star of the recent (2 weeks ago) "Candy" video at the same site (no password required for this one).

Again, congratulations dad!
