OT: nanolights

This is a query for Aussies. Victor Milt's nanol-softlight is a wonder of simplicity but I'm having a lot of trouble sourcing materials to build one. Dimmable compact flourescents "will be available soon" (but can make-do with the non-dimmable) and the foam-core board can be substituted but the plastic egg-crate seems unknown. I know other people were building these, so any hints on where you got the materials? I tried the major home-ware stores and I guess there is going to be a little Aussie inventiveness required.

actually - milt's website is showing where to get the materials - (they're showing some trouble finding the right kind of some things - but you can go to his site and see what they've found and where.

Yes, I've noticed that. I was looking for something closer to home (Australia) and suited to 240v. Thanks for the pointer, anyway.
