I took the survey yesterday with no problems (Edit/Update: see my next post). After completing it I got a coupon for $50 off a $150 purchase. (The minimum $150 purchase was not mentioned in the e-mail invitation to take the survey.)

Forgot to mention, I got hung up on that question too. Even though my percentages added up to 100%, it said they didn't. I found that you have to make an entry in each category. I had left "Other" blank. When I entered 0 (zero) for "Other", it accepted my answers. Maybe that is what is causing your problem?

I took it and got by just fine. Make sure each field has a numeric value, maybe zero, and that they add up to 100.

Well, mine added up to 100 also, but I may have left 'other' blank. I'll try again. Thanks.
Bob

EDIT: It finally did go through.

I found the form really finicky. The final offer felt like bait and switch (wouldn't have minded if they and been upfront about the conditions).

Their home page mentions the 150 minimum in the fine print, but the email does not. That is a little uncool, but at least the survey does not take much time.

That 150 minimum excludes a lot of their products. The Video essentials are only 129, the transitions are mostly 149.

I must be chopped liver. I didn't get an email to survey anything New Blue. Just as well. I am not a fan of their pricing or that kind of deception.if that is the case.

Yes, I thought the $50 voucher only if you purchase $150 or more a bit low!

I don't expect something for nothing but...
