Just wishing all the fellow Canadians out there a happy, groovy, sun filled and safe "Canada Day."

The weather here on the west coast is beautiful, warm and bright and everyone is just loving it.

Wishing all the fellow Canadian Vegas and Acid users out there a fantastic long weekend.

Thanks, i echo the sentiments. i just checked the weather radar, and sadly i think the revellers on Parliament Hill are going to get very wet just before the fireworks start.

You can say that again, eh.

Two other people care.
Not surprized at the response.
Many folks in other country's view Canada as a quaint backwater.
Not the industrial/high tech power house of 30 million people that it is.
Vive Canada!

Well I think it's nice. Happy Canada Day! I guess I ought to Google for this, but I'll risk asking -- is it on July 4? Is that just a coincidence?

A bit too much self-pity, Sherman. Maybe there's not as many Canadians on this site?

There's a number of Canadians here, myself included. We're usually pretty quiet though.
Maybe what we need is a Canadian version of Grazie to make the rest of the world much more aware of us :-)
To Serena, our birthday was July 1st, the date of the Confederation of Canada.

Canada has always flown under the radar. But in these times, I consider that a good thing.

Canada is where it's at now. Especially the starting wage of 100K per year in Alberta Province mining for 2 trillion barrels of oil. I thought about that a lot even though I am 65 and decreped. Then my brain ran out and I started editing again.
