OT: On-camera Monitor for SONY F23

HDVideoPro Magazine's December issue shows a SONY F23 on page 83. Will someone identify the on-camera monitor for me please.

There's plenty of HD-SDI monitors to choose from though. We're looking for a few ourselves at the moment to go with the EX1s. Marshall seem to be pretty popular.
