With the proliferation of Flash Video I'm noticing that Flash loses sync pretty easily. I just watched an episode of The Office on NBC Online and by the end of the episode it was several minutes out of sync.

How do other formats deal with overloaded servers? With Windows Media, if I remember correctly the frame rate would drop and the video would be choppy, but the sync stayed the same.
