OT: opinions on video

Hello,
I have seen others post a video they have donehere, so I thought I would have a go. :)
I am interested in peoples thoughts on this video i have produced. It is about horses so it is a select topic of interest but I would appreciate any comments on all aspects as the total product was done by myself from shoot to post. All editing was of course done in vegas.

cheers all.

Nice. I am not a horse fan, but you made it (horses) look pretty interesting. :)

Only comment, I would suggest a more gradual ending to the audio at ~00:03:11, maybe about 15 frames or so. Typically I fade out the audio to the same degree as the video. I realize that sometimes you have to chop off the audio right NOW due to unwanted material.

Looks great!

good work, but:

i shoot horses professionally (love saying that!), and i understand what you've done, but i think you're trying to cover too much - if it's as a 'general' educational as to what dressage is about it's great, but if it's for the dressage people, there's way too much rider shots and not enough horse work. it also helps to fil frame as much as possible for the latter audience so they can see technique that may be lost on the longer shots....

still, great video....

Thank you both for your time.
This video was meant as an entertainment peace to promote the recent Australian Dressage Championships and never a video for riders to discern their technique. If as kentwolf says he is not a horse fan and he found it of some interest I guess it has succeeded in it's job.
I also film horses (and ride to an elite level) professionally so I understand what you say Lesley. Still this video was aimed at awareness of the sport and having shot many videos of horses for horse people that bore the socks off people who have no interest in horses or even that particular horse I tried something different.
Again thank you for both your time I appreciate the input.
