Thanks for the heads-up.
I've scratched the surface of PI and can do some fairly simple stuff, but I'm willing to gamble the $10 in hopes that this will actually get me deeper into the product.
Also: I looked at some more info on the Cow website, and learned that the PI tutorial is hosted by Elvis Dean, who has over time put up some pretty cool Particle Illusion emitters on the Wondertouch (publishers of PI) website.
That's a good sign...

Interesting, I pop in here to look for Vegas 9c info and find this out. Haven't really been involved with the Cow for some time now, was a bit surprised they still had any inventory.

I see no option to download at all, it is all about "shipping and handling". Irritating in these days with broadband.

I've just bought PI SE, and today I bought and downloaded the package - it's so helpful - after just watching one clip - "Overview", I already understand many concepts which were previously mysteries.

The download is 1.4Gb and this unzips to about 3.5Gb.

I just followed the links from the Creative Cow forum: The link below shows a price of $39.99, but after processing, I was refunded $29.99 via PayPal.

Hello everyone,
my visit to both sites indicates an add to cart button. . .

Looks like a fun DVD...

Until that time... Earl J.

I've fixed this now so that the download version matches the price at the Cow site.

OK, thanks Elvis.

I found the download version for $19.95 not $10 bucks as promised.

I've been using PI for years now and I keeping learning more tricks everytime I use PI. I'm sure this training DVD will very helpfull.

Awesome Elvis there is also another thread dealing with PI

Are there any solutions to particle erase [ 7 11 de] no alpha channel render in this DVD?
I prefer the life increase of many of the particles this way ,but no alpha channel output makes it useless unless rendering for an animated mask

This is a question I asked on that thread, any ideas or can we expect something new in an update?

Thanks
Rory
