OT: Problem ordering Zenote Glow

Sorry to post this here but I figured some folks must have had experience ordering from Zenote. I ordered the Zenote Glow plug in online and got a Pay Pal confirmation that the transaction went through. Now I want to download it but if I log in there is no way to download it. No serial number for my transaction is listed. And, I haven't received any email confirmations from Zenote and every email that I have sent to Zenote has come back saying no such mailbox exists. (suuport@zenote.com, webmaster@zenote.com & paypal@zenote.com)
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you spell support "suuport" as you have shown? Or as "support" which is correct?

How long ago did you order it?

One time I pre-ordered something via paypal. Ended up it never arrived. I e-mailed & got no answer.

I called the cust service #, told them what happened, they sent my stuff off with a couple "we're sorry" gifts.

I'd give them a call.

Jetdv I did spell support correctly in my email.

HappyFriar - I ordered it last Friday
I do not see any customer service number on their website.

Your order was successfully filled in a transaction with PayPal on our website February 16th at 9:43am. Our internet host's web and email servers have been down most of the past week and I assume the delay is related to this. We have only been getting mail for the last hour or so.

To download your software, go to http://zenote.com/check_serial.asp and log in with the user name and password you created when you placed your order and your serial number and download link will be there.

I apologize for the delay in filling your order. Please let me know if you have any questions or problems.
