OT: Production Proposal Templates?

OK, I gotta present a demo disk and a proposal for a small PR project for a pre-school center. My first paying gig I hope! Any templates and/or advice to show the way?

Hi Grazie! No biggie with this thread. I searched out a thread here while I was on vaca that offered some insights on rate schedules and careful enumeration of deliverables. I'll sort it out, no bump necessary.
