OT: Proprietary Video Capture

I am using Proprietary Video player to play the Proprietary video file.
For demo purpose I want to capture this video in regular avi format and can be played using any media player software.
I tried using couple of screen capture software to capture the video , But it is not able to capture all 30 frames per second. Also video is jerk.

Please advice , are there any other way to capture video without loss of quality

Well, the name "Proprietary Video" would seem to carry an inference . . .

Yes, I agree. You are placing yourself at risk and probably nobody here
will assist you further.

I'd recommend contacting the publisher / copyright owner for permission to
use clips from this piece. You may even get source material from them directly
depending on your use of their content.
