OT PS3 question

My Son in law has a PS3 and has set it up to stream audio and video wirelesly from his desktop using WMP 11
When looking at the PS3, it only has access to the My Music, My Video and My document folders.
Is there a setting on the PS3 to change the directory it looks at.

Don't bother with the PS3 itself. Download a free program called "PS3 media server"

and install that to your PC. Turn on the PS3 then activate Media server and it will find the ps3 on its own and you will be able to navigate your PC's files/folders

You don't have to read past the post by blink3times. He is right. Don' t mess with any other media server. Just go get PS3 Media Server. It is miles above anything else that is available.
