I use the Raylight Encoder Pro 1.3 They do offer a free trial to see if it works for you:

I use it as well...use it just for a particular ad agency. (they like "MAC friendly" formats...if I sent them a MXF file they would really have a fit)

I have the decoder only version. Every so often I get a file from a Mac guy in this format that I have to be able to use. I kind of wish I'd spent the extra money and got the full version that can write as well as read this format.

Just wanted you to know that our production staff (100+ strong) all have Sony Vegas 10 and Raylight and it works seamlessly with P2 media. We've had no issues whatsoever with this software.
