OT: replace audio

Please refresh me, anyone. ;) I know i've read about this before, but i also remember that the three programs i tried from the suggestions all had UIs too complex and obscure to handle. Well, or maybe it was just me because i was trying them at 3am.

I have an MP4 file with horrible audio. I've copied the audio out, cleaned it up, and rendered it to a new audio-only file. What's the simplest way to replace the original audio with the new? Obviously i want to avoid rendering a new MP4 file so Vegas is out. What's a good demuxer/remuxer to try?

Thanks!

I use MeGUI. Works great with MP4 files. Takes longer to find/select the files than the mux process. I occasionally use the Nero encoder and replace or import the audio.
Does lots of other process' and file types as well.

Any MP4BOX frontend, Yamb is the best known.
