OT: S.F. Bay Area film to digital transfer?

My Uncle is loathe to let the 16mm reels get shipped across the country. Does anyone know of a local shop that could transfer the 16mm to an HD or Uncompressed format using a quality machine?

Monaco on 9th in the SOMA. Not cheap, but they're professional. It's where we went to transfer a lot of archival footage from the 1930s.
