Damn! I have all sorts of Akamai addresses mapped to localhost in my hosts file. It gets rid of lots of adverts.

Unfortunately, now it also blocks windows update! Thanks BB. You just (inadvertantly) solved a problem that was making me nuts today. I renamed hosts to host.txt and now I'm getting updates again.
