what for?

brilliant program that it is, what's there to discuss - other than improvements, etc. and having dealt with the author, he's directly approachable....

OK. Now we have the official Scenalyzer-forum here! ;)

And now the tough one: I just captured quite a bunch of tapes from last summer (been busy doing other things, therefore all holiday movies are a bit off...). Nevertheless, Sclive reported errors during capture (frame xxx, err 1) and displayed the red mark in the middle of scene. When I reviewed the frame (always just one frame) in question, preview did not show anything wrong (i.e. no pixelation, no other errors). Anyone?

Other thing: I configured my ShuttlePro 2 for the sclive and it really did speed things up.

I did read in the Scenalyzer docs that things such as clipping audio now count as errors. I think there's now an option for turning off all error reporting except frame drop.

Good old RTFM-method never fails. Thanks.

hey, when you've found the almost perfect capture program, written by a guy who replies to your email, at a price that's very fair inded, you're going to be smug, self-satisfied, and completely at ease with likeminded souls...

all i now want sclyer to do now is make the coffee while it's grabbing takes...
