OT:shut down slower with SP2?

I've got XP SP2 installed and everything still works fine (still on V4).
Has anyone noticed that on machine power down (or restart) the whole "boot down" time is constantly longer than without SP2 (about 30 secs or so)?

I don't have sp2 installed, but I would say that Windows is now clearing the swapfile for security reasons which would add that amount of time to the shutdown.
