Embedded Linux is all over the place. Not so surprising.

I see that the date on that notice is from 2004.

Looks like the source they posted is only for the (modified?) version of the open/free software that they use, correct? Doesn't look like they're giving away any Sony source code. I don't have a Linux system to download and extract the files to poke around.

I don't know what this is for, didn't have time to look.

I suppose under GPL they have to open source any GPL software they use and modify.
