If anyone is looking to replace a DXC D30 or a D35WS you can pick up the new D50WS for about 18K Candian for what the dealer says is a limited time. We just got one with a DSR1 back modified for M100 batteries and it is superior to the DSR 570WS. THe specs are almost the same but the camera has far superior anti-smear ability and what appears to be a crisper picture, though I haven't tried it with a non-broadcast lens/aspect ratio compensator yet. I suspect the one piece BetaSX 9s are going to become obolete very quickly.
