OT: SONY-where are my DVD codecs???

I have a Sony Vaio 2.0 G Pentium 4. Whenever I try to us the Windows Media Player to play a DVD I have just made, I get a message that says the proper codecs are not loaded. Where do I find the proper codecs?? Please help. Or anybody else?

you have to install a mpeg2 codec ... install powerdvd or windvd

windows media player is crap anyway -- but you still need to install the codecs which don't come with windows ..
