I know I asked a similar question before but now I'm ready to buy and have specific requirements.

I am looking for a sound card that has:

1) MIDI In/Out
2) Good S/N ratio
3) Mini jack PC speaker output (yes, I'm lazy)
4) Stereo Line In/Out - Preferably NOT mini - 1/4" or RCA is great

External I/O box or octopus is OK but would prefer on-card jacks.

All for $100 street price or less - Anybody with suggestions?
