I've recently acquired second hand a Panasonic AG-4700 player/recorder and an AG-7510 source unit. Both seem to be working fine in playback mode, i don't need both as i also have a jvc HR-S6970AA svhs vcr which is brand new. I will be using these to capture svhs/vhs footage via a canopus advc300 into vegas.

Has anyone here had experience with either of these svhs decks and can make any comment or recommendations on whcih to keep? from using the 7510, i like on the deck controls compared to the 4700.

The 4700 has a 16:9 switch and TBC switch which i'm assuming is a time base corrector? i haven't got the manual for either decks so if anyone knows these decks i'd appreciate them.
