In 1992, I helped produce the Nightline Special on the L.A. Riots. Ted Koppel and his staff are top notch.

I was only a high schooler when Nightline started and I remember the first few shows. Without a doubt, the only program I have a day to day interest in is Nightline. I'm afraid Ted's 'retirement' is a transition phase till Jimmy Kimmel takes the slot. I know the availability of Nightline type programming has exploded the last 15 years, but I haven't become attached to any of them like Nightline.
