OT: the BONG sound

Looking for sound byte for that .. (very hard to spell it out, which is why i ask here cuz search would be pretty much useless) dramitic "Bonnnnnng"

Ya know when the daily show correspondence do some spoof story and person/people they are "interviewing" say something "dramitic" and they play like metalic, dramitic "DONnnnnnnnnng", pause the video and zoom in on the person???

Ya know!? like those sounds those tabloid TV journalists always use??

hopefully someone out there knows what i am talking about lol (its like trying to describe what an orange tastes like) and could please email me the .wav jmale2000@yahoo.com or point me where i can get it?

Click on the Get Media button in Vegas, and look at Sound Dogs.

Yes, you do have that button....it's been there since the first version. Look in the Media Pool in version 3.0 Looks like a little globe.
