I can hardly wait. One of my most common tasks is to soften shadows or lighten backlit scenes.
I notice that the technology works by splitting the light into three beams and recording three different exposures. That is, doing simultaneously what we do sequentially with a still camera to get HDR. The down side of that is only one third of the available light reaches each sensor or we need lenses with three times the area to maintain the status quo.
