Sorry for the OT but my wifes Grandfather just found out that he has cancer all over the left side of his body. Lungs, Hip, and a 3" tumor on his Vocal Chords - the Biopsies came back as inconclusive but he's a 50yr+ smoker and so it's not so good looking.

I appreciate it. We're prayin hard here If you believe that God heals, that's what I'm askin for, but I'm not picky.

thank you.

Dave

Hi Dave -

I am no stranger to this beast - My middle son is in the fray right now (his story is at http://www.sethacles.com). We've also fought this with my grand-daughter and mother-in-law.

I would strongly urge you or one of the close members of the family to sign up at the Association of Cancer Online Resources (http://www.acor.org). They have been a lifesaver for my family (knowledge, support, answers). They are a free, email based service where folks from all over the world who are seeing the leaders in all types of cancer (they have over 200 groups and growing) and share their experience and your questions with their doctors.

As I said, it's free so there is nothing to lose.

Best of luck to you and your family - You'll all be in our thoughts & prayers.

I hope it works out well for you family. When my father was diagnosed with cancer he went shortly after that, and I wasn't ready for to happen so soon.
