OT: Tripod and Head for HV30

I'm looking for a small tripod and fluid-like head for my daughter to use with her HV30. Price is a factor - college student...

Anyone have one that really works well with this small camcorder?

I have a manfrotto (think it's called Bogen in the US) model 745XB with a 701HDV head on.

It is not cheap, but I think very good.

$110 plus shipping at B&H. I use these with an Hv20 and TRV900 to cover ice skating. Mostly plastic head so it's light and somewhat fragile. Properly adjusted, the pans are smooth and it has a built-in level too.

The legs of the M25 looks like my Libec DV650 - I paid $350 for that here in Denmark.
