Used to be over at boeing.com you could outfit and order your own 700-series jet, custom built to your specs. Starting price was somewhere in the $100M range. And yes, there was a single-click add to cart button. I wonder if they accepted paypal?

lol. But, it's just a trailer, so no pistons. However, any of the gear in the back could be badly damaged and some of that is a lot more money than engine work.
