OT - Video Insert and Rending

I was watching the video on the web at:

The interesting thing is when you click to full screen the video notes has a link to click to see the note while the video is playing.

Does anyone know how they do this. It would be a useful tool for our church.

That's in the website design. I think that the JW player can allow links on the video.
